A quiet place to begin.
Plain Sacred offers short, guided practices for people who want to pause, pray or reflect in the middle of an ordinary day. If you care for a congregation or community, please try the exercises yourself before deciding whether to share them.

Five minutes of space.
The browser-based app offers a choice of guided paths, including Pray and Clear my head. It is made for individual reflection. A church can share a direct link in an email or bulletin without setting up or running a programme.
Plain Sacred is made for a wider audience, so please review the words and approach for your own tradition and pastoral setting. It does not speak on behalf of a church or denomination.
Cost
These app practices are free to use. Plain Sacred also sells optional printable journals and other digital resources; a purchase is not needed to use the app practices.
Privacy
Reflection can be personal. Please read the website privacy notice and review the app’s own privacy information before recommending it. Avoid entering information about someone else into a reflection.
Pastoral care
This is a reflection resource, not counselling, crisis care or a replacement for a conversation with a trusted person. People needing urgent help should contact appropriate local services.
A short note for your bulletin.
