Fair treatment for digital purchases.
Digital downloads are supplied immediately, so they work differently from physical products. This policy does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Before downloading
If you purchased by mistake and have not begun downloading the file, email hello@plainsacred.com promptly with the purchase email and receipt details. We will review the request fairly.
After downloading
A change of mind is not normally refundable once downloading has begun because immediate supply was requested at checkout.
Faulty or inaccessible files
If the file is corrupt, inaccessible or materially not as described, contact us with the problem. We will first provide a working replacement and, where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Duplicate purchases
If the same customer accidentally buys the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
