Your private reflections stay private.
Last updated 13 October 2026. This notice explains the limited information Plain Sacred uses when you visit the site, send feedback or make a purchase.
Journal and check-in data
Reflections, mood selections, reset progress and daily direction entries are stored locally in your browser. Plain Sacred does not receive them. Clearing your browser data may remove them.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Plain Sacred receives transaction details needed to confirm and support your purchase, such as your name, email address, payment status and purchased product. Plain Sacred does not receive your complete card number.
Contact
If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your message and retain it only as reasonably needed for support, legal or accounting purposes.
Feedback
When you send feedback, we save your message, chosen category, page address, basic device details and any optional email or screenshot you provide. A hashed network address helps limit spam. We use these details to investigate and reply when requested. Do not include private journal entries or other people’s personal information in a report.
Analytics and consent
With your permission, Plain Sacred loads Google Tag Manager and uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and how the site is used. Analytics is not loaded until you choose Accept analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and ad user data remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser storage for the private journal, reset progress, preferences and your analytics choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set measurement cookies. Stripe may use necessary technologies on its checkout pages under its own privacy notice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information held about you. Contact hello@plainsacred.com to ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion.
